You can heal & reclaim your power

Trauma-Informed Healing Journeys for Women

Whether you're seeking a deeper spiritual connection, want to explore plant medicine and somatic integration, or are healing from trauma — my work is here to meet you where you are.

About My Offerings

As someone who struggled with her mental health for a big part of her life, I know how disorienting living in survival mode can be.

In a high-functioning freeze, or while living from a chronic stress response — where you’re always busy or trying to achieve the next thing — it can be hard to feel truly safe, connected, or alive.

But what if it could be different? You carry the ability to heal deep within, in your body, your soul, and life-force energy itself.

Trauma does not have to be the end of your story; it can also hold the beginning of a new chapter in your life.

My work isn’t about a quick fix or one-size-fits all approach. Together, we work with your unique trauma history, nervous system, life circumstances, and cultural background.

I look forward to connecting with you on this path.

Plant Medicine & Integration Journeys for Women

Sacred plant medicines can be powerful teachers for healing and transformation, helping you reconnect to your inner wisdom. But one of the most overlooked parts of the process is what happens after the ceremony: integration.

Many participants may feel elevated for a few weeks after a ceremony, only to have old habits or patterns resurface. Others may feel disoriented right away — especially if trauma imprints were activated. In these cases, deeper and more individualized guidance is essential.

That’s why I offer personalized, extended integration support after any plant medicine experience. As a Trauma-Informed Facilitator and Somatic Integration Practitioner, I support this process by working directly with your nervous system. This is where insights become embodied wisdom in your daily life.

My focus isn’t on temporary breakthroughs or retreat highs, but on trauma resolution, deepened self-understanding, and support in the weeks and months that follow a psychedelic experience.

In my practice, I weave together Polyvagal Theory (Dr. Stephen Porges), journal therapy, and somatic integration frameworks to help you create meaning, restore safety, and reconnect with the innate wisdom of your body. This isn’t just about what you experienced during the ceremony — it’s about how you embrace life afterward.

In my programs, we include multiple integration sessions following your plant medicine experience. This allows us to take the pressure off the retreat itself and meet your system with its natural rhythm, which is especially helpful for those with sensitive nervous systems.

In a Western culture that values constant productivity over well-being, I offer a different invitation: to slow down. To honor the deeper pacing of your body and spirit. To remember that wholeness isn’t achieved through force but through attunement.

This journey is about remembering who you’ve always been beneath the rupture or disconnect — whole, worthy, and complete.

Abuse Recovery Coaching for Women

Healing from abuse is a layered process that needs time, space, safety, and support. It requires attention on multiple levels: somatic, emotional, psychological, and practical.

Oftentimes, healing from an abusive relationship can feel very confusing. This can be due to cognitive dissonance (feeling stuck between the abuser’s love-bombing and more cruel behaviors), only remembering the good moments, or grieving what was lost and taken.

This can come in combination with flashbacks, shock from what happened, or ongoing abuse after a separation or divorce (also known as post-separation abuse).

It’s important to be guided through these phases by someone who is trained in coercive control — who can support both the meaning-making of your inner process and the practical steps of recovery.

The last thing survivors need is someone who judges or oversimplifies abuse.

As a trained professional and survivor myself, I’m here to help you feel safe, seen, and understood. Together, we’ll work through what happened to you and begin to rebuild your life — using my Trauma Bond Recovery Roadmap™ to guide you.

Reclaiming your autonomy and cultivating a deeper relationship with yourself is one of the most powerful decisions you can make after an abusive relationship. Because in the end, no one — not even an abuser — can take your heart and your ability to love, care, and feel deeply away.

The abuse was never your fault. You were with someone who took advantage of your strengths, beautiful qualities, hopes, dreams, and vulnerabilities. Now, it is time to come back home to yourself again.

Frequently Asked Q's

That depends on your personal needs, intentions, and what best supports your path right now.

At the heart of my work are these pillars: abuse recovery, plant medicine and somatic integration, and collective liberation.

  • If you’re looking for community support while healing from a trauma bond, the Trauma Bond Recovery Circle for Women could be a beautiful starting point.
  • If you feel ready for more personalized guidance to heal from an abusive relationship and rebuild your life, my 1:1 program Reclaim & Rise may be a meaningful fit.
  • If you’re feeling called to work with plant medicine and want deeper personalized integration support, The Sacred Reconnection might be just what you’re looking for. This offer is especially well-suited for women who prefer 1:1 guidance over a group dynamic.
  • In 2026, more programs will unfold — including intimate group journeys like Rooted in Resilience.

And if you’re not sure yet, that’s completely okay. You’re warmly invited to book a free discovery call so we can explore together what support might serve you best.

Whether you’re drawn to 1:1 support, circles, or a small group setting — you don’t have to walk this path alone.

Therapy can be a vital and life-changing resource. But not all therapists are trained in understanding coercive control, trauma bonds, post-separation abuse, or working with plant medicine.

Some may focus primarily on cognitive or behavioral tools, which can be helpful, but not always sufficient when you’re navigating trauma or seeking somatic healing.

My work and coaching programs are trauma-informed, rooted in Polyvagal Theory, and guided by an anti-oppressive lens. I acknowledge how systemic oppression intersects with trauma, recognizing that not all women have access to the same resources.

Unlike traditional talk therapy, my approach works with the body and nervous system through somatic practices. We don’t just talk about safety — we cultivate it. This is about reconnecting with your own body, your intuition, your wholeness.

Some women I work with engage in this process alongside therapy. Others have completed therapy and are now looking for something more embodied and grounded in both healing and collective liberation.

I’m a Trauma-Informed Facilitator for women.

With over a decade of experience in coaching, and training in Polyvagal Theory, coercive control, narcissistic abuse, Journal Therapy, and psychedelic support, I guide women in reconnecting with their wholeness.

Over the years, I’ve guided women through trauma, burnout, and reconnection journeys. I’ve safely held space for hundreds of people in group ceremonies, retreats, and private sessions — with and without plant medicine.

This isn’t just theory: I walk this path myself. I bring both expertise and deep understanding— as I welcome you to reconnect with your own wisdom and healing potential.

Yes, absolutely! You’re warmly invited to schedule a free discovery call first, where we’ll explore whether working together feels aligned for you and which offering is the best fit — no pressure or strings attached.

I only work with women for whom this work is truly the right step, and I want you to feel safe and confident in your choice too.
