Welcome to femkevalerie.com (“Website”). By accessing and using this Website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use this Website.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, clients, and others who access the Website or engage with the services of Femke Valerie (“I,” “me,” or “my”).

1. About Femke Valerie

Femke Valerie provides trauma-informed coaching, psychological support, private retreats, plant medicine integration, and related services focused on personal empowerment, trauma bond recovery, and holistic healing.

Services are offered under the business name Femke Valerie and may include digital products, online coaching, private retreats, events, and other offerings.

2. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website—including text, graphics, logos, videos, images, courses, frameworks, and downloads—is the intellectual property of Femke Valerie, unless otherwise stated.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise use any of my intellectual property without prior written consent.

3. Services & Offers

Femke Valerie offers trauma-informed coaching programs, private retreats, plant medicine integration sessions, courses, and digital products. By purchasing or participating in any service, you agree to the specific terms related to that service.

3.1 The Sacred Reconnection™

By booking your Sacred Reconnection™ experience, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

3.1.1 Investment & Payment

  • Per January 1, 2026, the total investment for Sacred Reconnection™ is €2250,- for a single person and €3500,- for a couple.
  • Your booking is only confirmed once full payment has been received. Without payment, the location and retreat date cannot be confirmed.
  • A €250 non-refundable deposit is included in your payment. This deposit secures your retreat date and preparation costs.
  • Bookings made on Retreat Guru include a 14% Retreat Guru fee. 
  • Transportation Assistance:
    Assistance with transport to and from the retreat location can be arranged up to 7 days before the retreat for an additional fee. Requests for transportation within 7 days before the retreat or on the day itself can not be accommodated.
  • Scholarships are available only through a formal application process, with at least 30 days in advance before starting a program. Applying does not guarantee a scholarship, and priority is given to women who face systemic barriers to healing, such as those from the Global South and/or marginalized communities. 
  • Please note that scholarships are not available as last-minute discounts or for those simply seeking the lowest rate.

3.1.2 Location & Accommodation

  • The location for the retreat will be determined based on the selected dates and may differ from the images displayed on the website.
  • The chosen location will provide an equivalent level of comfort and luxury suitable for the retreat experience.
  • Requests for specific locations made less than 30 days before the retreat may not be accommodated due to prior arrangements and payments.
  • Requests submitted more than 30 days in advance may be considered, subject to availability. If you’d like to request a change, please communicate this at least 30 days in advance per e-mail: info@femkevalerie.com
  • Rescheduling the location includes a €50 rescheduling fee. 

3.1.3 Cancellation Policy

  • If you cancel more than 30 days before your scheduled retreat, you will be refunded any payments made minus the €250 deposit.
  • Cancellations made within 30 days of your scheduled ceremony are non-refundable.
  • No-shows or same-week cancellations will not be refunded, and the full amount remains due.
  • For bookings made on Retreat Guru, the Retreat Guru fee of 14% is refundable up to 1 day prior to the retreat start, and will be fully refunded in the event of a cancellation.

3.1.4 Rescheduling Policy

  • You may reschedule your ceremony up to 30 days in advance, for a €50 rescheduling fee.
  • Rescheduling within 30 days of the ceremony is not possible and will be treated as a cancellation.

3.1.5 Trauma-Informed Communication & Safety Protocols

  • Trauma-Informed Principles
    The retreat and all related activities, including coaching calls and workshops, are conducted using trauma-informed principles.
  • Participants are required to follow established protocols and procedures, including but not limited to those regarding physical safety, emotional boundaries, and respectful participation, to ensure the safety and well-being of all attendees.
  • Failure to adhere to these protocols may result in removal from the retreat or activities without refund, and the organization shall not be held liable for any consequences arising from non-compliance.
  • Respectful Communication
    All participants are expected to communicate respectfully and to honor the boundaries of other participants and the facilitators. Mutual respect is required at all times to maintain a safe and supportive environment.
  • Disruptive, coercive, or disrespectful behavior, as defined by the facilitator’s protocols and Terms & Conditions, may result in intervention, including removal from the retreat.

3.1.6 Discontinuation During the Retreat

If you choose to discontinue participation during your retreat, no refunds will be issued for unused time or services.

3.1.7 Travel Insurance

I highly recommend all participants — whether travelling from within the Netherlands or abroad — to arrange travel or cancellation insurance. This helps protect your investment in case of unexpected illness or emergencies.

3.1.8 Health & Participation

You are responsible for ensuring you do not have any medical or psychological contraindications, including but not limited to:

  • Psychotic disorders (current or past)
  • Bipolar disorder
  • Severe heart conditions
  • Recent major surgeries
  • Pregnancy or breastfeeding

Participation is voluntary and at your own risk. You confirm that you have disclosed your health status fully in the intake process and agree to notify Femke Valerie of any changes prior to your session.

3.1.9 The Sacred Reconnection™ Coaching Calls (Preparation & Integration Calls)

  • If you need to reschedule, please let me know as soon as possible (at least 24 hours in advance) per e-mail: info@femkevalerie.com
  • Please communicate this per e-mail, as I don’t use Instagram DM or other social media channels for client requests.
  • Because I understand life can happen, I offer one exception per client during our journey for last-minute situations, like sudden illness or emergencies.
  • After that, sessions canceled within 24 hours or less are non-refundable (or counted as used if you’re on a package).
  • This helps me keep a stable schedule and offer consistent care and clear boundaries to everyone I work with.
  • The principles outlined in section 3.1.5 (Trauma-Informed Communication & Safety Protocols) also apply to the coaching calls.

3.1.10 Release of Liability

By booking, you release Femke Valerie from any and all liability related to your participation in the Sacred Reconnection™ journey.

3.2 Reclaim & Rise™ Coaching

By enrolling in a Reclaim & Rise™ Coaching Package, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

  • You agree to complete all installment payments as selected during enrollment.
  • Second installment payments (for 2-payment plans) are due before the fourth session. Sessions cannot continue until payments are complete.
  • Monthly installment payments (for 6-payment plans) are due every 30 days, starting with the first payment on they day of purchasing.
  • Payments are non-refundable.
  • No guarantees are made regarding specific outcomes or results from coaching services. Your success depends on your personal effort, commitment, and readiness to engage in the process.
  • Coaching services provided by Femke Valerie are trauma-informed coaching and psychological support, not licensed psychotherapy, clinical mental health treatment, psychiatric services, or medical care.
  • If you choose to discontinue participation, no refunds will be provided for unused sessions.
  • Full details are outlined in the Reclaim & Rise™ Coaching Agreement, provided upon enrollment.

4. Scope of Services & Disclaimers

Femke Valerie provides trauma-informed coaching, psychological support, and plant medicine integration guidance for personal empowerment, trauma recovery, and healing.
These services are educational and supportive in nature. They do not include licensed psychotherapy, clinical mental health treatment, psychiatric services, or medical care.

Clients are responsible for seeking professional medical or psychological support if experiencing acute mental health issues, severe psychological conditions, or crises that require immediate clinical care.

5. Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability

By using this Website or participating in any services, including retreats and coaching, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks involved. You assume full responsibility for any consequences arising from your participation.

You release Femke Valerie, her affiliates, associates, and contractors from any and all liability, claims, or demands, including but not limited to personal injury, psychological distress, property damage, or economic loss.

6. Payments, Refunds & Chargebacks

  • Payments for all services, products, and programs are due in full or as per the installment plan at the time of booking.
  • All payments are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in specific service terms (see section 3).
  • If you default on a payment plan, access to services will be suspended until the balance is paid.
  • You agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting Femke Valerie to resolve any issues. Unauthorized chargebacks will be considered a violation of these Terms and Conditions and may result in immediate termination of services.

7. Confidentiality

  • All private information shared during coaching, retreats, or other services is kept confidential unless disclosure is required by law (e.g., threats of harm to self or others).
  • Confidentiality applies mutually. Respect for both parties is expected in all communications and services.

8. User Conduct & Community Agreements

  • You agree to use this Website and all services respectfully and lawfully.
  • Any harassment, abusive behavior, or violation of boundaries may result in immediate removal from programs, services, or communities without refund.
  • You agree not to engage in defamatory, disparaging, or negative communications about Femke Valerie, her services, or programs, whether in public or private forums. If you have concerns or complaints, these should be communicated respectfully and privately.
  • Any concerns or complaints must be submitted respectfully and in writing via email to the organizer. Verbal complaints may also be accepted but should follow up in writing.
  • The organizer will review all complaints promptly and respond within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Complaints will be addressed in a professional manner, aiming for resolution that respects the well-being and safety of all parties involved.

9. Testimonials & Results Disclaimer

Testimonials shared on this Website or in promotional materials are from real clients and reflect individual experiences. They are not guarantees of specific results.

Each person’s journey is unique, and your results will depend on your personal circumstances, effort, and readiness for change.

10. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important. Please refer to my Privacy Policy for details on how your data is collected, used, and protected in accordance with GDPR and other applicable privacy laws.

11. Newsletters & Purchase Updates

By completing a purchase on this website, you agree to receive transactional emails related to your order, including confirmations, updates, and delivery details. I may also send you information about similar products or services that may be relevant to you. You may unsubscribe from these emails at any time by following the instructions provided in each email.

12. Links to Third-Party Websites

This Website may include links to third-party websites. Femke Valerie is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites.

13. Termination of Services

  • Femke Valerie reserves the right to terminate services, programs, or client agreements at her discretion if it is determined that the relationship is no longer beneficial, appropriate, or aligned.
  • Any remaining payments remain due, and unused sessions or services may be forfeited, unless otherwise agreed in writing by Femke Valerie via email.
  • In cases where a refund is issued, the amount will be processed within 21 calendar days from the date of the refund. This applies to all payment methods, including PayPal, and actual receipt may vary depending on the payment provider’s processing times.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with Dutch Law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the services provided shall be resolved under Dutch law.

15. Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated at any time without prior notice. Continued use of this Website and my services after updates are posted constitutes your acceptance of any changes.
